Overview
I am currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a seasonal, quality restaurant in east/south east London. Using amazing local suppliers and celebrating everything seasonal in cooking, this is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to learn under a highly experienced Head Chef and help to develop frequently changing menus and put their mark on already great, fresh food offering. The ideal candidate would come from a back ground working with fresh food Menus in Gastro pubs, hotels or quality restaurants. You will need to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and as Sous Chef, put your ideas across and get the best out of the seasonal ingredients available on your doorstep. This Sous Chef role could even suit a strong Senior CDP or a Junior Sous Chef looking to step up.
