General Manager - Established Restaurant Business South West London Up to £50,000 The Role: We are working with a fantastic business who are looking for a flamboyant General Manager to help revamp the restaurant. They have a fantastic product and a great reputation within the community but are now looking to add a bit of flair and differentiate themselves from the high street. Currently taking around £40k a week, our client is looking for a candidate who can improve on this and this will be incentivised for the new GM. We are looking for a commercial manager who wants to go out and get business whilst developing leading their team to create an astounding service. If you have experience in trouble shooting and the personality to infect your team and guest with this could be the role for you. You will need to be well presented and polished - south west London flair is essential.
