Overview
I am looking for a Sous Chef for an exciting new concept restaurant, currently on the foot expansion and growth, this is a great opportunity to replace the current Sous Chef, who will be moving up, assisting in taking the reigns of an already established team and business. Serving an exciting menu of Mediterranean and middle eastern plates, this is a fresh and exciting business. The Sous Chef will be involved in menu development working closely with the Head chef to create exciting additions to the menu on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate would have relevant experience working as a Sous Chef in high quality dining. Experience cooking on open fire and with middle eastern flavours would be preferred but not essential. As Sous chef you will be responsible for ruining the kitchen, team and service whilst getting the best out of your brigade at all times.
