Cubed Resourcing is working with Carnaud Metal Box Engineering, a market leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-speed can making machinery, with an $8.5bn turnover, a reputation for excellence and operations in 41 countries. They have a confirmed order book for the next 2 years On behalf of Carnaud Metal Box, Cubed Resourcing are looking to recruit a Part time HR Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the HR team with the administration of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and OH (Occupational Health). This will be for 20 hours across the working week and will pay £11.28 per hour/£11,733 prorated salary for the 20 hours. This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking to gain experience in a HR function. HSE duties include: - Hazard reporting - Administration of the Velocity system - end of month analysis, risk assessments etc - Keeping records up to date for compliance to the ISO 14001 and 45001 - Audit and management of COSHH assessments on site - Help with the administration and organisation of HSE campaigns OH duties include: - Arranging reviews and appointments - Updating internal manager systems and employee records Previous HSE administration is desirable
