Beautiful, friendly, homely medium sized residential Dementia Care Home in Alton (GU34) seeks a Team Leader. Ideal applicant will have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, plus experience of leading a team of care assistants and also leading the shifts. Responsibilities & Duties Dispensing of medication to residents Reviewing Care Plans Liaising with Doctors/Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals Assisting Residents with Personal Care and Ensuring all their needs are met. Ensuring the Team of Carers on shift are well led and our providing quality care Knowledge of MCA/DOLS is useful Ideal applicant will be motivated, organised, kind, caring, calm nature and has a good sense of humor.
