£50,000 - £55,000 p/a | 37.5 Hour Contract – Days | Great Benefits | Management Experience Essential An experienced Children’s Nurse/RCN with a background in management is required to join a leading Watford hospital as Children’s & Young Person’s Services Lead Nurse. The role is to lead and develop a newly created department and you will build a strong team to deliver a range of children’s healthcare services within a private sector setting. You will also participate in quality assurance and clinical governance, with a focus on continuous improvement. What we are looking for in a Children & Young Person’s Services Lead Nurse : NMC Registered Children’s Nurse/RCN and have completed substantial post registration studies and training, both managerially and clinically Demonstrate substantial experience working in a managerial role in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, with experience in service development, change management, strategic planning and HR duties (including performance review & management) Able to effectively optimise departmental performance to deliver a cost-effective service which doesn’t compromise on quality in addition to skills in marketing a new service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a natural leader Confident using a range of IT packages For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
