It’s an exciting time to join Theatres at Spire Bushey hospital. We are about to open a state of the art 6th theatre that will allow us to continue offering outstanding care. Due to expansion, we are recruiting for a Scrub Team Leader to join us on a permanent basis to support and lead our fantastic team You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most experienced Consultants, covering a varied and diverse caseload. Training is available to allow you to broaden your experience and career development is readily available. Duties and responsibilities To provide exemplary planned care for patients requiring perioperative intervention while managing a team. To ensure the team delivers effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership, maximising effective theatre utilisation.
