Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join a rapidly growing organisation in Borehamwood, offering a competitive salary and fantastic career progression opportunities. The Company: My client are market leaders in the online gaming industry, and have an award winning online gaming platform which is used by hundreds of thousands of people across the UK and worldwide. The platform includes hundreds of different games, including variations of bingo, slot machines, card games, roulettes etc, and they are looking for a developer to come and join to help their overall aim which is to expand the platform and become dominators in their market. The Senior PHP Developer Role: They are seeking a Senior/Lead PHP developer to come in and work on building brand new web applications to support their platform, as well as contributing to a largescale modernisation project, in which they are migrating the largely legacy based monolithic system into brand new, modern PHP code. The developer will be coming in at a fairly senior level within the team, so there will also be some hands-off responsibilities including code reviews, mentoring of junior developers, and being involved in team decisions with the CTO. The Senior PHP Developer Requirements: In terms of technical skillset, the PHP Developer will need extensive experience working with: PHP 7 MySQL/SQL Laravel/Symfony/Zend HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript Git LAMP Why Should You Apply?
