Senior BI Developer - SSIS - SSRS - SSAS - Hertfordshire - 75k I'm looking for a Senior BI Developer to join a reputable organisation in the insurance sector based in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of all of the organisations BI solutions. The organisation has established itself as a leading specialist provider in the area of insurance they operate in. The parent company of this organisation are a global organisation, operating in over 30 countries and have a net profit of also $2 billion. Your role as a Senior BI Developer will be heavily focused on Full BI Stack development, maintenance of existing BI reporting applications and the development of new BI capabilities. Key responsibilities: * Define business requirements with key stakeholders to translate into BI Solutions. * Contribute to the Design and Development of the Data Warehouse. * Build new SSIS packages, SSAS cubes and SSRS reports based on business requirements. * Mentor team members. Key Skills: * Expert T-SQL knowledge * Expert knowledge of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS * Experience with Microsoft Power BI * Understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling * Experience in requirement gathering This is a permanent position paying a competitive starting salary of 75k plus a fantastic benefits package, including: * 10% non-contributory pension * Private Medical Insurance * 24 days annual leave (increasing with service to 30 days) plus a birthday day off! * Death in service benefit - 4 x salary * Permanent Health Insurance * Company Sick Pay scheme On-site parking is also available as well as a shuttle bus from the train station, depending on the method of transport you opt for.
