People Officer - SME IT Firm - Central London Your new company SME IT firm based in the heart of London are looking for an ambitious People Officer to join their business. You will be working within a team of 2 supporting c.35 heads, reporting into the HR Director. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for a population of c.35 across London with all generalist HR. You will support the UK People Manager to ensure that all operations run smoothly across HR practices, employee management and recruitment. What you'll need to succeed You will be a credible generalist who has experience working within SME environments. You will be comfortable leading on ER casework, recruitment, supporting with the monthly preparation of payroll and building solid relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
