Payroll Officer Stafford £26,374.60 per annum Permanent, full time Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their Finance team. Job requirements: Responsible for the production of the Groups’ payrolls Provide technical support to the Senior Payroll Officer in the production of the Groups’ payrolls Perform payroll administration Support systems and process reviews Statutory requirements support during audit and year end Performance risk/compliance with regard to payroll and management information reports What they’re looking for: Previous experience working in a payroll team Experience and/or knowledge of using the Carval payroll system or similar Good IT abilities with excellent working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, lookups Working towards a recognised payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP) - advantageous Knowledge of reconciliations and a good understanding of accurate management information - advantageous Please note this role requires a standard DBS check.
