As an IT Regional Support Engineer at Crew Clothing Company you will be accountable for provideing 1st and 2nd line IT support to our Retail and Outlet stores. This role will ensure all stores are able to operate at their full capacity and also polled successfully so that Head Office have the latest complete trading figures. This role will maintain support cover during trading hours 7 days a week with travel to stores to resolve issues as necessary. The successful candidate will act as the point of contact for support issues in your region and ensure that high standards of service are maintained. To be successful we are looking for the below skills: Essential - Strong levels of communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to organise and prioritise daily routine Knowledge of Windows Servers and Desktops as well as Retail EPOS systems Good working knowledge of MS Office Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines Able to work well in a small busy team Ability to work independently is essential Able to travel to stores across the business Desirable - Formal IT related qualification Linux and Apple Mac experience Experience with the following: RDP, Team Viewer, Programming language, VB scripting Experience of working in a similar based role, within a close knit IT support team So if this sounds like you apply now
