Overview

Interaction Accountancy & Finance are currently partnering with a Northamptonshire based Client who are seeking to bring on board a Spanish Speaking accounts assistant to assist the Finance Manager with the weekly and monthly accounting reports for offices based in South America. Key responsibilities for this role will include: Ad hoc reporting and analysis to be completed on a regular basis Cash flow forecast and comparison with actuals Form and build relationships with all stakeholders locally and abroad Complete weekly reporting to strict deadlines Prepare monthly forecasts in cooperation with the commercial teams based in the UK and South America e.g. variances to budget, analysis etc Support the Finance Manager in the automation and improvement of all reporting tools Support the Finance manager in the preparation of monthly management accounts in respect of group deadlines, providing detailed analysis of performance, trends and variances. In order to be considered for this role, you must: Be fluent in oral and written Spanish Possess or be working towards a recognised accounting qualification Demonstrate excellent time management skills in order to meet strict deadlines Good aptitude for figures Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a finance related role Demonstrate excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS) Excellent communication skills This is a full-time permanent role based in Northamptonshire paying a salary between £20,000-£25,000 (depending on experience) If you feel you Are able to meet the above requirements, please apply NOW For more information, please call me on 07971 067697 or email me at
