You’ll be encouraged to grow in your role, and work in new innovative ways - and you can expect the training, development and digital skills you need to deliver the excellence our customers expect. About you: You will have outstanding communication skills and a real passion for offering great customer service. A genuine interest in helping the customer. You will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and have a friendly and professional outlook. You will be computer literate and able to work flexible shifts. The Shifts: Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm on a rota basis.
