Overview
Facilities Manager £33,500p/a Permanent full time Slough VAC-11063 This role is for a Total Facilities Manager (hard and soft) for 2/3 schools within the Slough area. Our client is responsible for everything within the school so this position requires a full understanding of facilities management and general building maintenance would be an advantage. Someone from a facilities management, office management background will also be considered. You will manage on site team's performance, which includes Ground Teams and ensure service delivery of all aspects of the contract is adhered to. You will need to be flexible, for although its a 9 - 5 position, there will be requirements to sometimes attend meetings in the evening on the school sites out of hours. Responsibilities to include: Ensure productivity of cleaning teams in accordance with BICS guidance and achieve excellence in client audits Liaise with Catering Manager to ensure catering is delivered Ensure small works are delivered on time and in budget Take responsibility for grounds service delivery at the schools via a series of audits and effective management of the Grounds Manager and Operatives Develop effective processes and procedures within the department Demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, involve, trust, challenge and deliver excellence. Demonstrate an observable commitment to behavioral safety and embracing an accident free culture. Form part of on-call rota with availability 24/7 to attend site as necessary.
