Overview
Conrad Consulting is working closely with one of the markets leading housing developers in their search for an Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager to deliver a new build flatted development in Midlothian. The build comprises of 80 units spread across three blocks and four storeys, constructed using a concrete ground floor with timber superstructure above this. There are internal elements of steel and concrete for stairwells and lift shafts respectively, so an understanding of various materials and their properties is highly desirable. This promises to be a unique and challenging project both logistically and operationally so the ability to work in this type of environment is essential. We are looking for candidates from a strong residential background so please only apply if you can demonstrate delivering similar projects. On offer for these roles are salaries as follows: Site Manager £50,000 - £55,000 Assistant Site Manager £34,000 - £36,000
