Location: KEMSLEY (UK) Start: ASAP Work: 5 days a week depending on site needs Duration: 1 month renewable A prestigious industrial contractor operating in environment, defense and energy sectors are currently looking for a Commission Shift Leader. Our client has been in the industry for over 100 years with a turnover over 500 million in the last year. The candidate will be working on a recovery plant project in Kemsley. Candidate will be in charge of supervising the preparation of the pre commissioning and commissioning procedures. Whilst supervising the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals. Duties and responsibilities of role: · Reviews contractual documentation. · Reviews engineering documents to insure that the commissioning & start up requirements are accounted for in the design. · Preparing and keeping up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans (including the schedule and the mobilization of personnel and equipment). · Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures. · Supervises the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating manuals with the process team. 6) Assists procurement group for the definition of vendor assistance. · Assists subcontract group for the scope definition of work contractors. · Manages the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
