Experienced Registered Children's Manager - Start up Opportunity £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum depending on experience This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced registered manager to start up a new service in the centre of Peterborough. The 2 bed home will cater for any gender aged 8-17 with learning disabilities and behavioural issues. You will build your own team and be fully involved in the start-up giving you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the service and the home. You must have A working day to day knowledge of managing this type of service An up to date working knowledge of OFSTED and achieved a GOOD/OUTSTANDING grade Computer Literate Experience in managing local authority contracts Experience in completing risk assessments Excellent communication and organisational skills Team Player Qualifications NVQ L5 in Childcare or equivalent L4 Diploma in Leadership and Management Knowledge and experience of Child Care Legislation 2 year's experience in a children's residential setting
