Your opportunity As a new joiner into the Marketing Technology & Insight team in Deloitte Digital, you will use and build on your experience in Adobe Experience Cloud. You will be working with clients and other third parties, as well as Deloitte teams from across the Firm, with a chance to deliver for some of the biggest global brands. You will have a degree of technical knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate to business users. Your role We are looking for an Adobe Experience Cloud Specialist implementation specialist to work with clients and other Deloitte teams in delivering high quality and robust analytics solutions. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle, through design, build, and delivery. In this role, you may be expected to: Be a technical implementation specialist on projects, both in an advisory and delivery capacity Work with on-shore and off-shore development teams, potentially managing their workloads to meet deadlines Present and communicate to people unfamiliar with the Digital Marketing space about the advantages and caveats of solutions Liaise with client development teams, defining and supporting the implementation of relevant code snippets and data Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, both within the ecosystem and with other tools that our clients have Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Location: Based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you’ll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond. Your professional experience Essential An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles The ability to turn a business problem into a technical solution, including technical requirements gathering and solution design Strong awareness of audience knowledge, and the ability to adjust language accordingly Significant experience in the end-to-end implementation of least two of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Audience Manager through a tag management solution and coding experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Preferred Be a technical implementation specialist on projects, both in an advisory and delivery capacity Work with on-shore and off-shore development teams, potentially managing their workloads to meet deadlines Create and curate reports in the tool of choice for clients Liaise with client website developers regarding analytics requirements Knowledge or experience of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions Knowledge of how web analytics fits in with the wider context of a client’s digital presence, for example their digital marketing strategy Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
