Credit Controller Hitchin Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience Looking for a more local role in credit? It's quite rare to find roles in Hitchin like this - but this small and well-formed credit team need extra resource to deal with demand within the business. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships with the clients as opposed to "phone bashing" You will take ownership of a ledger of circa 350 clients which includes 20 key accounts. You will be responsible for chasing overdue debt and resolving queries. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries. Key Duties Working to defined objectives and targets, as agreed with the Credit Manager Credit vetting, monitoring and reviewing Customer accounts Managing debt solutions through correspondence with internal colleagues, customers, liquidators and other relevant parties to agree solutions Building strong relationships with both Customers / Clients and internal colleagues to support the debt recovery process Ensuring you keep compliant with Company policies and procedures
