The Support Analyst will be joining a small and highly customer focused IT Support team that is responsible for providing Deskside and Remote support to approx. 450 users. This is a great chance for someone looking to broaden their technical skillset with a people focused company offering real support, training and career development. It will suit candidates with at least 2 years experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT Support in a similar fast paced environment. To be considered for this IT Support Analyst role candidates should have previous triage / 1st & 2nd line support for general day to day IT duties including Active Directory administration, MS Office, O365, Windows 7 & 10, PC Builds etc. Our client can offer a starting salary in the region of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience plus a good benefits package that includes an attractive car leasing scheme.
