Production Operative - No Experience Required Sector: Technical & Engineering Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire Basis: Permanent Pay: £26114 per annum We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for one of our clients based in Towcester. The vacancies have arisen due to a tremendous investment and workload at their manufacturing site. With a full training scheme to take you from novice to expert, we are not seeking candidates with direct comparable experience, but we are seeking candidates who have a willingness to learn, are hardworking and are looking for a career not just a job. Role: Production Operative Location : Towcester Hours of work: Shift pattern of 12 hours; two days two nights and four days off In order to be successful as within this role it is essential that: Able to drive, have a UK Licence and access to your own vehicle Have good manual dexterity Be Computer literate Can work the below shift pattern Please ensure you meet the above criteria in order to be considered for this role, without these four criteria you will not have a chance to be successful. Job function: In this role you will be responsible for performing manufacturing operations within the manufacturing team, no experience necessary full training will be provided. Duties will include: Working in a face paced environment Working with chemicals Using equipment to help with duties Working in a laboratory Key responsibilities: Working individually and as part of a team Ensure targets are met Liaising with managers, coordinators and team members Following safety procedures Production and manufacturing work experience is an advantage.
