Job Description We're currently looking to recruit a Finance Admin Clerk to assist in the day-to-day administrative duties of the Financial Operations team. Reporting into the Finance Operations Team Leader, you will assist with administrative tasks, answer telephones and support other team members where required, in order to help deliver a good service to other business areas. In order to help you get to grips with the role, we provide a comprehensive 12 week training period. To be considered you should have a minimum of GCSEs at C/4 level or above in Maths and English, excellent communication skills and have experience of using the Microsoft suite. Competitive salary, dependant on experience, plus annual bonus and access to shared rewards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with tasks such as: general admin, distribution of customer correspondence etc.; Answer telephones; Respond to queries raised internally and by customers; Communicate issues to the Finance Operations Team Leaders/Manager; Interact with/provide a good service to other business areas; Responsibility for ensuring all documents are correct, authorised, not being raised incorrectly or duplicated; Carry out day-to-day administrative duties including scanning and filing; Updating spreadsheets. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: GCSEs at C/4 level or above in Maths and English; Good numeracy skills; Excellent communication skills; Exceptional organisational skills; Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, often to tight deadlines; Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.; A confident telephone manner.
