Legal Technology Manager - Law firm, Legal Tech, Innovation, Knowledge Management I am currently working on behalf of a global law firm who are for someone with a strong interest in legal technology, who is client facing looking to make the next step as a legal technology manager. To my client, technology is one of their four core pillars and vital to their success not an afterthought so tech, innovation and strategic direction of their applications and software are extremely high profile and this role will be front and centre having ownership of the their products. The Legal Technology Manager - (Law firm, Legal Tech, Innovation, Knowledge Management) is a very business facing role with a great deal of exposure working as part of a wide product solutions team. The role will be very autonomous as it handles both vendor & stakeholder management alongside taking charge of road-maps for new products. The role works closely with the other technology manager, innovation manager and Knowledge Engineer team involved with the innovation of new products into the TechSet. Working with the Innovation Manager to support the transition of any new tools into the TechSet and referring ideas/requests from the business to the Innovation Manager where they cannot be serviced by the existing products. Working with the BD and comms team to manage all messaging and communications on the TechSet. Working closely with the business on the prioritisation of business opportunities from the TechSet and supporting any pitch documentation or presentations. Keeping up to date with new upgrades or versions to the tools and the opportunities they may present for Taylor Wessing. Working with the Business Systems Manager to share requirements and delegate and prioritise coding and content work to the Business Systems team once you have completed your initial requirements/solutions design with the business. Provide first line support on the TechSet tools. Presenting and marketing the TechSet within the firm to a variety of audiences Defining a strategy and road map for the TechSet tools and their roll out internationally where appropriate, working closely alongside our Enterprise Architect. Management of the vendors and contract obligations for the products, feeding back on service and product improvements. Tracking and reporting on the benefits of the TechSet. Managing the production of all training materials for the TechSet products.
