Job title: Bid and Proposal Manager Location: London (flexible on location) Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus & benefits Duration: Permanent This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading organisation in a key role The Bid and Proposal Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver market leading bids with compelling sales propositions. The spectrum of bid and proposal opportunities is very broad, ranging from PSL's small, Tactical services/schemes which may have relatively short durations to multi-million pound programs managed over many years. The bids or proposals may represent large, medium or small sized deals for both private and public sector clients. Base location is completely flexible. The organisation has offices in London , Manchester and Basingstoke and home working is also welcomed if preferred. The successful candidate Experience gained within the recruitment industry Experience in successfully managing/leading complex and/or large scale bids Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all level An effective and driven manager who thrives through challenge Strong focus on understanding and articulating business offerings. Highly organised and able to work to deadlines.
