Keeping them calm, you'll provide them with the best advice and support possible. They're often coming to us for health advice in times of need, and it's crucial that we provide them with clear information and assistance. It's hard work, but it's extremely rewarding. Life in Customer Service Becoming a Bupa Customer Service Adviser means using your judgement to make decisions that matter. Within this role you'll need to be able to provide this level of service whether it's the first call or the last. Your day to day will involve taking calls from our members and providing outstanding customer service, whilst helping customers get the best from their insurance policy, using your judgement to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Bupa offers flexible working across a shift system that operates from 8a.m. to 8p.m. weekdays, and 8a.m. to 4p.m. on Saturdays. You'll only work one Saturday in four, and you get a day off in the week in exchange for a Saturday working. It can be emotionally challenging, and always requires attention to detail, however, it is also hugely rewarding. Confidence using a PC is helpful as we have a range of tools and systems designed to aid you whilst you are talking on the phone to customers.
