A well known firm is looking to strengthen its Conveyancing Team with the appointment of a residential conveyancing paralegal to join a very busy department in Spalding. Your main roles and responsibilities as a residential conveyancing paralegal will be to handle a caseload of sales and purchase domestic conveyancing matters. You will able to conduct all stages of the process from start to completion. As well as having good team skills, you will be highly motivated by a career in conveyancing and will have excellent organisational and time management skills, along with being happy to take on a billing target. You will be willing to immerse yourself in the local community and to forge long term relationships. You must be able to commit to living and working in the Spalding area.
