Overview
A world class, industry leading Insurance business is looking to attract a Head of Commercial Finance to their global group function, based in Central London. You will be responsible for all aspects of strategic and operational Financial Reporting performance, guiding the business through a high-profile period of change The successful candidate will hail from a leading Insurance firm with strong, demonstrable experience of Leading Finance functions through periods of significant change and / or transformation including managing and developing large teams. You will also have a broad set of skills, gained during your time working within a market leading finance function, and have a clear understanding around balance sheet improvement and stakeholder management at the highest level. You will be: ACA qualified from one of the Big 4 accounting practices (or equivalent) Significant experience guiding executive committees through periods of change Highly experienced in leading strategic Finance functions Comfortable finding strategic solutions around Balance Sheet re-engineering Confident communicating and influencing at board level (CFO and CEO in particular) This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a leading Insurance business at a time of massive transformation within the Finance function, where you will lead high profile change.
