Sales Coordinator Job in New Milton Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a growing organisation in the Hampshire area. We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in the head office in New Milton. As the Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for speaking to customers, giving them product information, processing orders and organising delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company who have a great environment and atmosphere. This is a very busy role and will require someone who can work under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities: Take calls from customers and assist them with their enquiries Manage and respond to emails from customers and suppliers Work with a range of customers including large corporate clients down to individual end users. General sales administration Create and build quotations and send to customers, following up when necessary Build a strong knowledge of the products to provide technical guidance Process customer orders through the system Liaise with the production team and logistics team to maintain and replenish stock levels Work with the transport planners to organise deliveries and feedback to the customer Check, maintain and manage stock levels within the department, ordering any additional stock when necessary.
