Job Overview Dall Cleaning Services have been setting standards in cleaning for over 30 years We now have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our head office team in Feltham. The role will be suited to an enthusiastic, hard working, team player who can wants to join a fast paced friendly team. Main Duties You will be reporting to the Office Manager assisting in the day to day running of the operations and administration requirements for the business Supporting the Office Manager to identify, develop and implement innovative ways of working for both our teams and our clients Coordinate periodic works with contractors across the various client sites, raising PTW and accessing and issuing RAMS Working with key suppliers to ensure we are using the most innovative products, machinery & methods Complete weekly consumables orders and business critical orders Managing the delivery and sign off of the orders and compiling weekly reports for the Director, Office Manager and supplier to review Preparing and managing COSHH, RAMS and toolbox talks Write and implement new training procedures know as tallbox talks for cleaning tasks Support the Area Managers with client enquiries and resolutions Maintaining and developing relationships with key client contacts Address client enquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery. Preparing and co coordinating monthly service reports & meeting minutes for client monthly meetings Delegating and managing action points to be completed within a reasonable time period Ensure COSHH data sheets are relevant and in date and issued to the sites. Support in the mobilisation of new sites Obtain quotes through our approved suppliers for uniform, PPE, machinery/equipment, cleaning and consumable products and place orders as required maintaining price lists Preparing and distributing COSHH folders, site folders, signing in books, holiday books etc Supporting with Warehouse Management, including Warehouse Manager, equipment and PAT testing of equipment Working towards our annual accreditations and supporting on the annual audits, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Other duties Supporting in recruitment of new employees Monitoring Area Manager’s emails to support whilst they are out on site Social media updates Answering telephone Support the Office Manager and Directors with project work to improve the business Key Skills and Attributes Required: MS Office experience (excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint) Organised and good time management Flexible approach to work Works well under pressure. Team player Logical and clear thinker Good communication skills
