2nd LINE / IT TECHNICIAN / SERVICE DESK / WINDOWS 10 OS / OFFICE 365 / NETWORKS / SERVERS / STORAGE / BACK-UPS IT TECHNICIAN - 2nd LINE Location - Grimsby Duration - 3 Months Day Rate - £150.00 TO £170.00 Your new role A short-term Contract opportunity is available for a 2nd Line IT Technician to join an established Team and assist with Day to Day duties and ad hoc Project work across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will already be operating at 2nd Line level and be comfortable at fault-finding with Windows 10 Operating System. What you'll need to succeed 2nd Line, IT Technicians wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate the following and ideally be immediately available: - Previous experience of working with an IT Service Desk Ticket System - IT Infrastructure experience covering - Networks, Server, Storage, Back-Ups etc. - Windows 10 OS. - Creating Workstations - System Builds - Office 365 Knowledge - Creating and Maintaining IP Telephony User Configurations - Network Printer configuration - Full Driving Licence What you'll get in return The Day Rate on offer is between £150.00 to £170.00 Per Day and the initial Contract will be a 3 Month Contract. Please Note - there will be a Temp to Perm opportunity available at the end of 3 Months.
