Scrum Master, £45,000 - £55,000, Reading, Berkshire, Wokingam, Agile, Scrum, Jira A recent digitally transformed, fast paced, multi-channel organisation is seeking a Scrum Master. As the Scrum Master you will champion Agile best practices and ways of working, ensuring your Scrum team achieve their sprint goals and contribute to the wider business goals of delivering high quality products and experience to all customers and users. What you will be responsible for : You will responsible for increasing the team's efficiency, motivating and facilitating changes and removing blockers. Ensuring the scrum processes and meetings are delivered and tasks are complete to quality business standards. Run the daily Scrum meetings and ensuring there is active participation from the team Run the sprint retrospectives and ensuring that the actions are completed, and the learning and improvements are shared within the team, and to the wider community Tracking and reporting project and sprint progress Remove obstacles ensuring the SCRUM team have everything they need Required Skills/Experience: Experience within a Scrum Master role Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
