Overview

This role will sit within the Data Governance Team and is at the level of a Junior Project Manager. Main duties of the role: Support the Programme / Project Manager through all stages of the project lifecycle from Initiation through Implementation under a hybrid methodology. Ensure the project remains consistent with The Bank's project methodology and specifically support the creation and maintenance of key project documentation inclusive of project plans, requirements and solution documentation, issue and risk logs. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external communication inclusive of different entities, business departments and external vendors, and the recording of minutes. Coordinate with project team members to support issue resolution, risk mitigation and action responses to drive progress. Support maintenance and reconciliation of project budget inclusive of vendor services, external contractors and internal resource allocation. Additional duties Creation of Project Status and Management Reporting materials Contribute ideas for enriching project process or product Experience Required Significant experience as Project Support for Data Governance or IT Software projects Practical knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Project Methodologies with product and process deliverables scaled to the project. A natural ability to understand interdependencies and help predict potential bottlenecks Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery and content to the audience Competencies and Skills Effective Stakeholder Management Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions Strong attention to detail
