Overview
Quality Inspector required for a growing precision engineering company within the Chessington area. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a previous Quality Inspection role in the engineering or manufacturing industry. It is also envisaged that the successful candidate will be looking for a long-term full time position. Quality Inspector Position Overview Create, load, examine and modify CMM Metronic Quartis programmes. Carry out first off inspection Carry out first article inspection reports. Identify and report errors. Suggest and implement improvements. Adhere to company quality procedures. Used to working to fine tolerances in a range of materials. Be familiar with a wide range of measuring equipment and confident with its use. Able to work under own initiative. Quality Inspector Position Requirements Preferably apprentice trained quality inspector / mechanical inspector. Experienced with Wenzel Metronic CMM software or similar Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Positive can-do attitude. Attention to detail and disciplined. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
