A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Technical Highways Manager to work with one of Sental’s Global clients. Role Overview: The appointed Technical Highways Manager will develop suitable solutions to resolve client’s problems Salary/Package: Excellent Location: Birmingham Duration of Employment: Permanent Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Technically competent, you will develop suitable solutions to resolve client’s problems. Manage relations with individual clients ensuring expectations are exceeded and future work is secured. Identify new opportunities proactively promoting the company to generate new business. Provide project support and governance. Provide leadership internally ensuring teams are motivated and development opportunities are realised. Experience Required: The successful Technical Highways Manager must have the following skills and experience: Degree Qualification within Engineering Subject (or equivalent) and Professional Membership of relevant organisation. Previous experience within a similar role. Excellent time management skills. Full highway project design and management experience Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT Literate.
