The position is very much focused on going out and finding the best candidates on the market so there’s a strong emphasis on sourcing and engaging in such a positive way that maximises candidate interest to bring the best talent into the business. The positive is that this company don’t hang around to make a decision on a potential candidate; even though the market is currently a turbulent one the business is set up that they can start you remotely as they need someone ASAP. This company’s Recruitment process one of the best out there so it’s a smooth and very fluid one which makes your life a Recruiter far easier Lastly this role reports into the Head of Recruitment and they are known to be one of the best Recruitment Managers in the market, they will fully support you, guide you and get the best from you so the positive is that you will learn from the best. Preference for this role is to have an broad recruitment experience (from corporate to design to Tech) so the ideal candidate will have a good broad knowledge of hiring various roles. What you’ll be doing: - Proactively headhunting and engaging with candidates with good skill sets that will add value to the business - Managing your recruitment pipeline and ensuring you deliver the best possible candidate experience throughout. - Working side-by-side with Hiring Managers to fully understand the needs of the business and working to deliver on all requirements - Screening CVs, shortlist candidates and presenting your shortlist to the hiring manager for review - Sending out of online Technical Tests to short listed candidates and reviewing results. The ideal candidate will have: - A sound understanding of recruiting in a broad commercial/product/technical space - Proven success in directly approaching passive candidates - An understanding of recruiting through varied platforms i.e. Stackoverflow, , SwapHR, TalentIO etc – If you aren’t familiar with this it isn’t an issue as this can be taught - Experience of working within a recruitment agency and an internal recruitment function(advantageous) - Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and engage in a positive way.
