General Manager – Ilford, £38,000 – Live in (Community pub) Location Ilford Salary £38,000 plus live in and bonus Fantastic opportunity for a General Manager working for this smaller pub group, independent feel to this site, this General Manager roles will give you the chance to be at the forefront of an extremely popular pub in a key location which plays host to an array of fun activities and live music throughout the week weekly sales hitting about £15,000 ( they have 3 pubs in the group) My client is Looking for a successful and proven applicant with 2 years’ experience as General Manager, with a wide range of knowledge of the hospitality industry. You must have financial awareness and an ability to think outside the box as you will be running your own budgets. Your role involves the day-to-day running and development of this pub. You must be charismatic with a unique and essential ability to inspire a team. You will be delegating a host of responsibilities to your staff members to excellent communication skills are essential but you will be the point of contact in the business, recruitment, training, onboarding, local marketing of the business and putting on key nights for the community will all fall under your remit Does this sound like you?
