Exec Head Chef - Monday to Friday - Large Unit - £55,000 Retail,m Staff and Live Cooking Stations We are looking for Executive Head chef for an exciting opportunity for a creative and fast thinking chef to work in a prestigious Firm in Canary Wharf. Working for this major contract caterer in there specialist B&I division you will be well supported by the senior Culinary Director and well respected Executive Chef within the company who will look to aid your progression in your career. The offering covers all areas of the business including Retail, Staff and a chance to enjoy yourself on the live cooking stations. The chef will have to have a key eye for detail when it comes down stock control, gps and overall paperwork side of the business due to the volume of the work. Head Chef will have full autonomy to do seasonal menus and bespoke menus throughout the seasons. Retail and Staff food provides modern up to date offerings in a bid to keep up to date with the latest food trends on the highstreet market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within large volume restaurants or currently working in a simlimar role within staff dining with contract caterer. You will be in charge of a team serving up to 1500 covers for Breakfast and Lunch with over 6000 onsite The team is friendly and well established but always looking to push to the next level, this team is built on team in excess of 20 chefs You will have experience of ideally managing large teams due to the volume of the business Package £55,000 Monday to Friday If this sounds like a role for you call Matt on or and email your CV when applying online.
