General Manager – bar/venue - London - up to £45,000 Location Central London Salary Up to £45,000 bonuses This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual in a General Managerial role who is looking to be a part of a hugely successful bar/pub group which consistently delivers a tremendous drinking and dining experience one and all, many awards have been won by this group, Weekly sales hitting about £18/25,000. This bar/venue serves good quality food and drink with menus, changing with the season General Management Requirements: Previous management experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred People management skills with an ability to inspire and communicate well with a team Ambition to continually drive the business forward Must be innovative and commercially aware Responsibilities: Staff management and development Being proactive rather than reactive to guest needs, dealing with guest comments as an opportunity not a process - acting as a host to the business Delivering excellent customer service Merchandising the bar and the front of house area Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to Overseeing all areas of the business Does this sound like you?
