Overview

Support Worker needed in Taunton, £10 ltd an hour Start Date- ASAP Contract End date- 8 weeks initially Hours per week - 21 (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 7 hour shifts between 8am and 7pm) Pay rate - £10 ltd an hour Location - Taunton Description Assisting with discharges from the hospital. Checking patient's welfare once they are taken to their home, arranging shopping, making a cup of tea, ensuring the home environment is safe for them. Lone working can be part of this role You will be assisting people with physical disabilities and reduced mobility What is required?
