This role would be working in the talent team specifically with a focus on internal recruitment and supporting internal training. This will be based in the City of London near Bank and St Paul’s station. Please be advised that to apply for this role you must be in your 2nd year at University looking for a placement. Your new role As an Internal Recruitment Coordinator placement year student, you will be responsible for the effective administration and project support of the internal recruitment function of the business. You will be working with universities and internal stakeholders to drive the graduate recruitment cycle and place Hays as an employer of choice. You will also support the national training team with coordination and administration as and when required. This will include: Liaising with universities and their career offices to get ensure Hays are attending events. Supporting internal recruitment by conducting telephone interviews and coordinating recruitment campaigns. Developing marketing collateral for the team to use. Working with internal stakeholders to understand what their recruitment needs and offer support. Creating a Management Dashboard; comprising of data. Supporting the roll out of our wider Intern Programme. Creating new ideas for Internal Recruitment social media and supporting the team with content for their platforms. Liasing with universities and their careers offices to ensure Hays are attending events and our the keeping our university engagemen high Booking travel Analysing data and inputing data from the Internal Recruitment team What you need to succeed You will need to be in your 2nd year of your undergraduate degree and be able to take a year out to complete a placement. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in a people driven organisation and has a very strong attention to detail. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you will be conducting telephone interview and speaking to senior stakeholders in the business. You’re creative and dynamic but have great attention-to-detail and good analytical skills. Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are important, and you need to be social media savvy.
