A fantastic opportunity to start your career JOB ROLE: Administration Assistant Graduate JOB TYPE: Permanent COMPANY: Global Financial company HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30pm SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 Depending on experience LOCATION: Heart of London City DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: General administration duties to assist office and team Meeting and greeting guests and providing refreshments Scanning, filing, printing, Binding and shredding Running errands outside of the office Collecting post and distributing to appropriate employees Keeping the kitchen tidy, ordering stationary, food and drink supplies Assisting and preparing documentation Providing administration support to managers and team Office administration, producing letters, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes Supporting with diary management, meeting and travel arrangements Answering telephones, providing excellent customers services and professionalism IT tasks, documentation and presentations- Word, outlook, PowerPoint, excel Undertaking ad hoc tasks when required SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Strong education, ideally graduate level At least 1 years' experience in similar office support or administration position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, motivated and self-starter to be able to work in small team Strong organization and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail Ability to prioritize effectively Must have good communication skills both written and oral Friendly, personable, happy and motivated attitude If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
