WOW FACTOR: An exciting new position has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join a hardworking, dynamic and growing company in the heart of the city Very busy, varied and demanding position to provide operational and sales support to the business and administrative and logistical support to the Chair and Director of Operations. IMMEDIATE START JOB ROLE: Operations Coordinator JOB TYPE: Permanent COMPANY: Consulting HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30pm SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience LOCATION: Heart of London City CULTURE: Hard working team, dynamic, professional, friendly team DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Operational, systems and administrative support to the business and office team Meeting support (sending agendas and papers, printing, food ordering, room set up, travel, minutes etc.) for Board, Exec and Company events Diary Management and the organisation of meetings Organising travel bookings and schedules Drafting documents and presentations Maintenance of the office environment including stationery/equipment, liaising with the building managers and reception to organise meeting areas Ensuring timely completion of timesheets and maintenance of sales pipelines and account plan actions Managing social media platforms and maintaining regular posts Involvement with invoicing and credit control at times Managing staff annual leave, timesheets, documents and system uploads General ad hoc administrative duties to support the office SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: MUST be available immediately Requires strong extensive administrative office support experience Experience supporting a team and higher management would be beneficial Office managerial experience is ideal Strong education to at least A level standard Excellent Microsoft Office, IT and outlook skills Ability to work well amongst a team but also work independently Outstanding organisation and time management skills Effective communicator, written and oral Self-starter, self-motivated, personable and friendly attitude If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
