JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5 years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £50,000 - £70,000 OVERVIEW: • A very well established law firm with a commercial property team rated in the Legal 500. • Our client's commercial property team offer a full range of real estate services and their exceptional advice and client service has gained them respect and acclaim in the wider legal market. • Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking to expand the team by appointing a proficient Commercial Property Solicitor handle a busy caseload, as well as work towards the further growth of the department. • The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will attract a competitive salary, as well as benefits including a pension scheme, healthcare plan and flexible holiday allowance. REQUIREMENTS: • This ambitious firm is keen to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who can display good quality experience acting on a busy caseload of real estate matters. • A following or existing network of clients likely to instruct on future roles is preferable for this role. • Experience of successful business development is also essential and the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor should be happy to undertake this in their new role. • It will also be a distinct advantage if the Commercial Property Solicitor has had some experience in supervising or mentoring junior members of staff, as this is likely to play a part in this role.
