Commercial Property Solicitor, Cambridge – 3 PQE - £Up to circa £50,000 DOE – Leading commercial law firm JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 3 LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: Up to circa £50,000 (Dependent on experience) THE ROLE: The highly rated commercial property team requires an experienced Solicitor to advise on all types of commercial property transactions. Working on behalf of landlords and large occupiers, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be acting a varied caseload of real estate matters including lease renewals, termination of leases, freehold and leasehold matters together with deeds of variation and commercial sales and purchases. THE CANDIDATE: Suitable candidates will display up to 6 years' PQE and must be comfortable operating under their own autonomy but will also be an integral part of a larger firm-wide team. You will have gained experience acting for property developers, major retailers, this highly experienced team of real estate lawyers provide specialist advice and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial property transactions and they are looking for someone who can play an integral role in further developing the commercial property offerings within the Cambridge market. We are also open to hearing from Commercial Property Lawyers who are looking for a part time position.
