Tax Compliance Lawyer
Overview
Major international firm seeks experienced tax advisor / lawyer to manage the DAC 6 compliance process. This role requires experience of tax advisory work in a large professional services firm and working knowledge and understanding of the requirements under the DAC 6 Directive. THE ROLE This role includes answering technical tax queries from lawyers, keeping up to date on the law and its implementation and advising on DAC 6 compliance. You will organise the firm's disclosure process, liaising with lawyers in different jurisdictions. There is the opportunity to be part of the change management process, co-ordinating with any system requirement changes and designing and delivering relevant DAC 6 training SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You will be a qualified lawyer or accountant with experience of devising and implementing compliance processes in a large professional services firm and ideally, experience in meeting obligations under tax reporting regimes.
