Robert Half has partnered with a growing FinTech business with offices based in Central London and the Hertford area and seeking a driven and ambitious Talent Acquisition Researcher to join the team and support on search projects with the wider sales team. This role is based in the Barnet / Potters Bar locale. Role Talent Acquisition Researcher Supporting and working alongside the sales team Responsible for collecting, analysing and presenting data in a variety of formats Run searches on LinkedIn Identify potential talent against job specifications Market mapping Provide market insight through the research conducted Create marketing presentations Identification of new clients Deliver on project led work for clients Headhunt for executive, retained and project related roles.
