COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS NEAR SOUTHAMPTON (SO50) £20376 PER ANNUM (42 HOUR CONTRACT) FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME HOURS ON OFFER STATE-OF-THE-ART, NEW SUPPORTED LIVING PROJECT Our clients are currently looking to recruit a number of Community Support Workers for this Brand New, Purpose built Supported Living Services in Eastleigh, Near Southampton. As a Community Support Worker you will be working with people who have varying degrees of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health Issues, you will be supporting them to lead a life that is fulfilling as possible by enabling them to participate in activities which they like. This fantastic supported Living Service is comprised of individual, self-contained flats based on one-site in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Currently we wish to recruit Community Support Workers, to provide: Personal Care Administering Medication Companionship & Support to Individuals Giving them Drinks General Documentation/Administration Duties Ideal applicants will preferably have worked in the Community or Care Homes or Homecare/Domiciliary Care or in other Health and Social Care Environment. We will consider applicants with no experience, provided you are very caring, compassionate, motivated and provide support to individuals with Complex Care. Our clients will provide you extensive training that is specific to the needs of the individuals.
