Job Title: Deliverer of Savings Location: London, WC1 Salary: Competitive depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Our business is growing, and quickly. Over the last few years we have been building the behind the scenes systems and infrastructure for our scaleable business both here in the UK and also internationally. I am pretty sure you will not have heard of us but we are creating quite a name for ourselves in our specific target market and ready to launch into new exciting areas. We are in the process of finishing this 'setup' phase and to get to the next stage require you. So who are you? You will have a specific set of skills but more importantly fit the person profile we are looking for: You love to organise people and resources and be flexible to produce the desired outcome. You are a people person who has a sixth sense of when something is not working and can intervene to get things back on track. Your most successful days are when you and your team hit their targets, even though secretly you know there is more You love systems and processes and help people to keep to them but you are also happy to create and amend if required You seek order out of chaos Facts are what drives you not waffle Deadlines are sacrosanct and you are the type of person who finds the right way to achieve them And most importantly you aren't difficult to be around I would describe you as our navigator, keeping things progressing and mastering the output. Whilst you love adopting a system you are also very happy to have an open mind and make timely suggestions if you believe they can be more efficient and effective.
