I have two great roles with one the largest independent BMS controls company in the UK, after an influx of contracts and associated projects, they are looking to strengthen their London office's team. Are you a forward thinking BMS Engineer who is striving for bigger and better then not finding it? if so then please read on What you can expect back: Basic salary £35k - £47k Travel time paid Overtime – averaging around £5 -£10k per annum X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays Car allowance of £5400 pa Private Healthcare Share options 25 days holidays 5% Company pension Mobile phone, Laptop Personal Development plan BMS Manufacturers training on Trend, Schneider Struxturware, Siemens and Tridium What am I looking for: I am looking for a dynamic BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer who has a customer-focused attitude, a great aptitude for problem-solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Trend, Struxturware. Tridium or Siemens PX. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge, an understanding of HVAC control theory and electrical qualifications Territory: This role will require you to cover the Greater London area. You will be required to work on Commercial buildings, Banks, pharmaceutical labs, schools and universities in the area. You will be home-based and fully mobile. What the role requires The role of BMS Service Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis Pre-planned maintenance Reactive Breakdowns (no call out rota) Software modifications Graphic page modification and generation Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing Calibration of sensors and actuators Commissioning on upgrade projects up to £50K in value If you feel you possess the skills required for this role or would like to contact me to find out more feel free to give me a call on 0117 973 8090 OR 07837 387 255.
